Bank commits to 26,000 s/f lease at LI building.


In a transaction arranged by the Long Island office of CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2. , the Bank of Smithtown has committed to 26,100 square feet of space at 100 Motor Parkway. The 94-year old financial institution signed a 10-year lease for a 4,100-square-foot bank branch on the lobby level and 22,000 square feet of corporate offices on the top floor of the Class A building located in Hauppauge Hauppauge can refer to:
