Bank closes $43m in seven transactions.


G.S. Wilcox & Co., a commercial real estate mortgage banking firm celebrating 10 years in business, has recently closed $42,800,000 for its clients in seven transactions through four of its corresponding life insurance company investors.

One of the loans was a portfolio of five warehouse properties located in South Brunswick South Brunswick is the name of several places in the United States of America:
  • South Brunswick Township, New Jersey
  • South Brunswick, North Carolina is the most southwestern corner of North Carolina and encompasses: Shallotte, NC, Ocean Isle Beach, NC, Sunset Beach, NC,
, which totaled 753,705 square feet.

GE Asset Management invested in the Runnemede Corporate Park, making a $2.1 million loan on a 40,000 s/f flex property.
