Computer Associates International Inc. (CA) today announced that BSN Commercial Bank, a retail bank with over 23 branches throughout Malaysia, has standardized on Unicenter TNG to manage its corporate IT environment.

BSN Commercial selected Unicenter TNG as its strategic management technology platform after an intensive evaluation process.

BSN's Unicenter TNG implementation is being performed by BSN Information Technologies & Services Sdn Bhd (BITS), which manages BSN Commercial Bank's IT infrastructure and provides support services to the group. BITS will also resell Unicenter TNG and provide value-added consulting services to CA customers in the region.

In the next phase, Unicenter TNG will be rolled out to all of BSN Commercial Bank's 22 branches, including 50 NT servers and 1000 PC's nationwide. That implementation will utilize Unicenter TNG's desktop management, software delivery, asset management, network security and advanced antivirus solutions. Unicenter TNG will also support BITS's new Internet banking services.
