Bank One Selects AFSSolution for Middle Market Lending Division; AFSSolution Projected to Save Tens of Millions for Bank.

EXTON, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 20, 2002

Automated Financial Systems, (AFS), today announced Bank One Corporation (NYSE:ONE), the sixth largest banking institution in the country with more $270 billion in assets, has selected AFSSolution(TM), a delivery consisting of the company's software and consulting services, as the platform for standardization of the middle market credit process.

The AFSSolution is expected to support dramatic improvements in operational efficiency and aggressive loan portfolio growth.

Additionally, the Bank will deploy AFSXpress workflow capabilities to enable Bank One to radically improve both new loan booking and customer service operations.

Bank One will also implement AFS Lender Workstation, a Web-based delivery of dynamic and comprehensive reporting to all levels of the organization to support new revenue opportunities.
