Bank Mutual Corp. of Milwaukee, a publicly held holding company, has completed its acquisition of First Northern Capital Corp. As a result of this acquisition and a regulatory restructuring, Bank Mutual is now the parent of First Northern and of its original holding, Mutual Savings Bancorp.
