 -- An organization management course "Management Club" attracts executives from large organizations who meet at the bank two hours every week for twelve weeks.

Participants share their opinions and experience on business subjects, such as Delegation, Team building, Encouraging creativity, and Building international exposure. They also discuss personal growth subjects, such as Making a good first impression, and Acquiring transferable skills to earn promotions.

"Management Club" is built around the internet course "Intensive Exposure: Organization Management" and combines the advantages of internet learning and the advantages of in-person adj. 1. undertaken by an individual in person; as, an in-person appearance s>.
