Bangladeshi judge Ali Noor said he was a "bit surprised" when he saw four accused criminals in his courtroom. The four, charged with looting and causing criminal damage, are a little younger than most other criminals he's seen: The oldest is 2 years old. The children were released on a bonds of $50 each.
