Gravitate Inc. (www.gravitate-usa.com), a fast-growing provider of technologies and applications for Location Precise(TM)wireless Internet services, today announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent with Bandai Networks Co., Ltd. (www.bandai-net.com), of Tokyo, the island nation's largest provider of Internet content for mobile phones.

Bandai Networks will be deploying the Gravitate Platform for "real market" evaluation of its ability to location-enable Bandai Networks-branded wireless Internet services, particularly those focused on connecting two mobile device users who are within proximity of each other. The Gravitate Platform was specifically designed to support these advanced new Location Precise services, which includes the emerging "mobile-user-to-mobile-user" application category.

Bandai Networks is the leading supplier of wireless Internet applications to NTT DoCoMo (NTT Mobile Communications Network, Inc., Japan) Founded in 1991, NTT DoCoMo is a spinoff of Japan's NTT (Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation) which provides wireless services, including cellular, paging, satellite and maritime and in-flight telephone services. , Japan's largest mobile services provider.
