BancorpSouth Inc. and Texarkana First Financial Corp. have completed a $37.5 million merger. Under terms of the agreement, Bancorp South, the surviving entity, is a $9.3 billion financial services company operating 240 offices in Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee and Texas.
