BancTec announces results for second quarter fy 1996.DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 26, 1995--BancTec, Inc. (NASDAQ-BTEC) reported revenues of $78.5 million for the second quarter ended September 24, 1995, compared to $73.2 million for the same period last year. Net income increased to $4.2 million or $.38 per share, compared to $4.1 million or $.36 per share in the second quarter of the prior year. For the six months ended September 24, 1995, revenues totaled $151.7 million, compared to $142.7 million for the same period last year. Net income for the six month period was $8.0 million or $.73 per share, compared to $7.8 million or $.69 per share for the prior year.
