 has signed a lease for 8,000 square feet of prime street-level retail space in the Winter Garden at Three World Financial Center.

The store is expected to open in February 2004.

Fronting on the Winter Garden, one of New York's most beloved public spaces, Banana Republic will be easily accessible to thousands of office workers, tourists and nearby residents.
