Ban fight boss fails.SACKED union leader Shaun Brady has lost his appeal against expulsion, it emerged yesterday. The former general secretary of train drivers' union Aslef was fired for financial irregularities in 2004 after he was involved in a brawl at a barbecue. Mr Brady, 44, lost an internal appeal against the sacking and was expelled. It was revealed he has also lost his appeal against the expulsion. Aslef general secretary Keith Norman said: "We can now close this matter."
