Balochistan package to be helpful for people of province: Yasmin.

ISLAMABAD, November 17, 2009 (Balochistan Times): Member National Assembly Yasmin Rehman has said that government will succeed in convincing nationalist parties, however, positive response from Baloch leaders is also required. Talking to Radio Pakistan, she said that package for Balochistan would certainly prove helpful in addressing the concerns of Baloch people because PPP believes in provincial autonomy thats why President Asif Ali Zardari sought apology from the people of Balochistan for injustices committed by various governments during past, she added. She said that all stakeholders have been consulted and taken into confidence on Balochistan package. She said that package would be in accordance with the aspirations of the people of Balochistan and nationalist parties should demonstrate broadmindedness in the wake of prevailing conditions and challenges confronted by the nation. She said these parties should welcome the package as it was first ever positive step taken by any government for the development of the province. Yasmin was confident that government would be successful in convincing nationalists.
