Baloch leader forms Council for Independent Balochistan.Byline: ANI Quetta, Aug.12 (ANI): Khan of Kalat Khan of Kalat or Khan-e-Qalat (Urdu: خان قلات) is the title of former rulers of State of Kalat. Kalat state is now part of Balochistan, Pakistan. Suleiman Dawood has announced the formation of a council for Balochistan's independence. Announcing the formation of Council for Independent Balochistan in London, Dawood said reconciliation with Pakistan was impossible without the interference of the United Nations and the European Union European Union (EU), name given since the ratification (Nov., 1993) of the Treaty of European Union, or Maastricht Treaty, to the European Community .
