) today announced a co-marketing campaign designed to promote Sprint services to Bally's approximately four million fitness center members and the large number of other consumers touched by Bally's fitness programming, products and website, www.BallyFitness.com.

Sprint will utilize a wide range of Bally's proprietary communication vehicles, including its in-club radio network, in-club signage, member billing statements, membership renewal mailings, "opt-in" email solicitations, new member packages and in-club brochure distribution, to reach prospective new customers for its services. Additionally, Sprint will be promoted on www.BallyFitness.com via a jump page allowing customers to purchase Sprint services. Bally's website currently generates in excess of 300,000 unique visits each month.
