, Mr. Reynolds will oversee the processing and reporting of all financial transactions for the Company. He will also be responsible for maintaining effective internal controls over financial reporting and the efficient and effective operation of Bally's accounts payable, payroll and revenue accounting, as well as implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404.
