DETAILS of more extraordinary claims emerged yesterday, including Schools Secretary Ed Balls' receipts for TWO Henry vacuum cleaners.

He claimed pounds 114 for a Henry in July 2007 and pounds 116 for another in August 2007.

A spokesman said he believed the first had broken down and the second was a replacement.
