Gary Moore (born Robert William Gary Moore, 4 April 1952, in Belfast, Northern Ireland) is a Northern Irish guitarist. In a career dating back to the 1960s he has played with bands/artists including Thin Lizzy, Colosseum II, Greg Lake and
 joins BRS in the newly created position of Vice President of International Operations & Government Sales. Moore, most recently with Lockheed Martin, brings to BRS an extensive background of international and military business development from a variety of key international markets. Mr. Moore will focus on BRS's Mexican facility both in terms of operations and sales.

"With an outstanding background developing new product strategies abroad, coupled with a strong proven sales record, Gary will be an invaluable asset to BRS," said Williams.

Another addition to BRS's management team is the promotion of Frank Hoffmann to the position of Vice President of Engineering. Hoffmann, formerly based in Germany as the Director of Engineering for BRS's European office, now joins the BRS headquarters in St. Paul, Minnesota to assume his new position.

"BRS is committed to new technologies and we expect to use these in new and existing products as airframe parachute applications expand into the exciting new light jet market," said Hoffmann

In Ballistic Recovery System's 25-year history, the company has sold over 21,000 onboard emergency parachute systems to aircraft owners around the world, including over 2,700 systems on certified aircraft like the best-selling Cirrus Design SR series. BRS systems have been documented in saving 190 lives.
