, during its two-week season at The Joyce Theater The Joyce Theater is a 472-seat dance performance venue located in the Chelsea area of the borough of Manhattan in New York City. The Joyce Theater Foundation, the organization founded in 1982 that operates the theater, also owns the Joyce SoHo dance center located in a , Nov. 29-Dec. 11. "I've always been about supporting the best of Hispanic culture Hispanic culture is a term used to identify the culture found in Spain and in the countries that were part of the Spanish Empire, including Mexico, Peru and other countries that were formerly part of New Spain and the Viceroyalty of Peru. ," says founder and artistic director Tina Ramirez. "It's our life's blood." Audiences may note extra excitement in BH's glamorous dancers this year as a result of the company's move to brand new headquarters near their old home on the Upper West Side.
