Sales for the quarter were $30,814,000, compared to $25,807,593 for the second quarter of fiscal year 1996. Sales for the six months ended March 31, 1997, were $59,274,000, compared to $49,478,137 for the same period of fiscal year 1996.

The company is ahead of schedule with its plans to consolidate seven different manufacturing facilities into two (Draper and Pocatello) by the end of this calendar year. Combining the operations of the various companies recently acquired will reduce overall manufacturing costs.
