Ball will raise cash for kids' charities.A BUSINESSMAN from Sutton Cold-field who has helped to build schools for poor children in Africa has organised a charity event in the Cotswolds to help raise more funds for future projects. Roy Cooper, founder of business consultancy firm RPCM RPCM Remote Power Control Mechanism RPCM Ring Pair Corrosion Monitor (CEION) , has organised the black-tie Global Children's Trust ball ahead of an endurance challenge he will attempt in November. The 38-year-old will be heading to southern India to take part in the 2009 Karma karma or karman (kär`mə, kär`mən), [Skt.,=action, work, or ritual], basic concept common to Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism. Previous campaigns have resulted in the building of a school in Kenya and the installation of a water pipeline in a remote Masaai village. The ball will help raise funds for UNICEF, Rainbow Trust, Banana Appeal and the Global Children's Trust.
