), a global leader in process automation technology for the printing industry, announced today that its Annual Meeting of Stockholders, originally scheduled for Tuesday, November 13, 2007, has been postponed in order to allow the Company to review its capital structure as it relates to the Company's proposal to create a class of Serial Preferred Stock Stock shares that have preferential rights to dividends or to amounts distributable on liquidation, or to both, ahead of common shareholders.

Preferred stock is given preference over common stock. Holders of preferred stock receive dividends at a fixed annual rate.
