Baldassano Architecture, LLP.Charles Baldassano, founder of Baldassano Architecture, LLP, announced the promotion of three principals to partners: Alex Badalamenti, Philip Monastero and Tom Cromer. As part of the firm's succession plan, the three partners are responsible for the management, design and financial aspects of Baldassano Architecture. Philip Monastero, architect, is the partner in charge of design. Monastero is responsible for overseeing the design process and working with the firm's architects to set the design direction, insure that projects meet the clients needs and are completed on time and within budget. Before becoming a partner, Phil was a principal at Baldassano since 1996. With nearly 30 years of architectural experience, Phil has been involved in all aspects of design from site planning to building design and interiors.
