The three projects included in the contract are: -- Rehabilitation of eight miles of Route 15 in York and Adams Counties. It is a four-lane highway with several crossroad intersections. Work began in November 1999 and completion is set for late 2000. -- Construction of a new interchange on Route 15 in Cumberland County, near Grantham. Work is scheduled to begin in early spring 2000. -- Widening and rehabilitation of the Harvey Taylor Bridge along State Route 3016 in Dauphin Dauphin, town, Canada Dauphin (dô`fĭn), town (1991 pop. 8,453), SW Man., Canada, on the Vermilion River.
