The GSA sets policy for and manages government property and records. to serve as construction manager for the new $101 million Miami Federal Courthouse. Baker Mellon Stuart Construction is a subsidiary of Michael Baker Corporation Michael Baker Corporation is an engineering and energy management corporation headquartered in the Pittsburgh suburb of Moon Township, Pennsylvania.
