Baker Hughes Incorporated announced today that its Quarter 2 earnings conference call has been rescheduled to 12:00 p.m. eastern, 11:00 a.m. central on Monday, July 31, 2000. The company intends to release its second quarter results on Monday, July 31, 2000, before the market opens, as scheduled. The change is being made to avoid a potential conflict with a Transocean Sedco-Forex analyst meeting scheduled for the same day.
