Fusilli, 49, has over 27 years experience with Baker in various capacities, most recently as executive vice president and general manager of Baker Energy in Houston. He joined Baker in 1973 as an assistant engineer and worked on a variety of municipal projects. He was named assistant general counsel in 1979 after attaining his J.D.
