Fusilli, 49, has over 27 years experience with Baker in various capacities, most recently as executive vice president and general manager of Baker Energy in Houston. He joined Baker in 1973 as an assistant engineer and worked on a variety of municipal projects. He was named assistant general counsel in 1979 after attaining his J.D. Degree from the Duquesne University School of Law Duquesne University School of Law is a private Catholic university law school located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The School of Law was founded in 1911, and is the only multiple-division law school in western Pennsylvania. , became general counsel in 1984 and corporate secretary in 1987. He moved to Houston in 1994 as executive vice president-administration of the Energy group, and was appointed to his current post in 1995.
