Baker Chosen to Provide Supplementary Construction Inspection Staff for PennDOT.

PITTSBURGH -- Michael Baker Jr., Inc., an engineering unit of Michael Baker Corporation (NYSE Amex:BKR), announced today that it has been selected to provide supplementary construction inspection staff under the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation's (PennDOT) Inspector-in-Charge to perform construction inspection services on various projects located in Allegheny, Beaver and Lawrence Counties. The agreement may include road and bridge projects for up to a period of five years with a maximum value of $1 million.
