Work is scheduled to begin in early 2003 and be completed in 2005. -- Improvements to Interstate 83 in York County, including improvements to the existing roadway geometry and pavement reconstruction between Exits 14 and 15 in York, Pa. The work also consists of upgrading a number of structures, and improvements to the ramps and intersections including a portion of Business Route 83. The work is scheduled to begin in 2003 and be completed in 2005. Commenting on the selection, Project Manager John F.
