Baker's Mike Brescia, P.E., Receives Excellence in Management Award from ASCE-NJ Section.

HAMILTON, N.J. -- Michael Baker Jr., Inc., an engineering unit of Michael Baker Corporation (NYSE Amex:BKR), announced today that Mike Brescia, P.E., vice president of operations in New Jersey and New York, has been awarded the New Jersey Section ASCE Excellence in Management Award. Brescia oversees several offices and, under his leadership Baker has become a major engineering consultant in the region with expertise in planning, design, inspection and construction management of major transportation projects.

Mike holds a Bachelor's Degree from Stevens Institute of Technology. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE) and Construction Management Association of America (CMAA).
