BakBone Software (OTCBB:BKBOF)(TSX:BKB), a global provider of data recovery software, announced today it has successfully ported NetVault, its backup and restore software, to Red Hat "Enterprise Linux AS" for the Intel(R) Itanium(R) 2 Processor. With this new configuration, end users deploying NetVault on the new 1.5 Ghz Itanium 2 Processor will see higher performance, greater reliability and improved transaction throughput.
