BakBone Software Files Application for Revocation of Cease Trade Orders.

With the filing of its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2008 and the Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q for the first and second quarters of fiscal year 2009, BakBone believes that now is the appropriate time to begin the process to seek revocation of the cease trade orders to restore the marketability of the Company's securities in Canada.
