Jay Grob joined the firm in 1987 and was a co-founder of the Dallas office in 1990. He has recently served clients in the following industries including Internet services, telecommunications, and baking. He has also led engagements in corporate portfolio and business unit strategy development and implementation, turnaround strategy, acquisition valuation, cost reduction, purchasing and operations planning.

Nick Jackson is based in the London office. He joined Bain in 1993 and has worked in a number of industries including consumer goods, retail and media. His retail experience is focused primarily on the development of turn-around and growth strategies for companies in a variety of sectors, including food, clothing, electrical and mail order.

Tim O'Connor joined Bain in 1993. He has worked in the Boston, San Francisco and Sydney offices and has managed projects in media, financial services, e-commerce, and a variety of low-tech manufacturing industries. In addition, Tim has been serving clients in Bain's Private Equity Group, leading teams in strategic due diligence and portfolio company improvement.

Alberto Regazzo joined Bain in 1994 and is based in the Milan office. He has served clients in a number of industries including automotive, insurance and financial services, oil and gas and other industrial products.

Paul Rosenberg is based in the Boston office and has directed teams developing strategies in a variety of areas including healthcare, e-commerce, consumer products and services, and primary metals. Previously, Paul served as Special Counsel to the U.S. Department of State where he oversaw a review of all assistance programs to the former Soviet Union.

Scott Wells joined the firm in 1993. He has worked in the San Francisco, Los Angeles and Toronto offices and is currently working in the Boston office.
