The United States Attorney's Office for the District of Colorado on behalf of all purchasers of New Era of Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq:NEON) common stock between April 21, 1999, and July 6, 1999, inclusive. The Complaint charges New Era of Networks, Inc., and certain of its officers and directors, with violations of federal securities laws.
