Bags of fun.HUNDREDS of bags of leaves and litter have been collected in autumn clean-ups on North Tyneside North Tyneside is a metropolitan borough of Tyne and Wear in the North East of England. Its seat is at the Town Hall, Wallsend. Created in 1974, the borough lies within the historic county boundaries of Northumberland. . So far 451 bags have been filled by council staff, community groups and schools. It is in support of a council campaign to tackle leaves and litter.
