Badgley, Phelps and Bell Expands Portland Team, Appoints Charles J. Waibel as Portfolio Manager.

SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 6, 2001

Badgley, Phelps and Bell, Inc. (BP&B) today announced the appointment of Charles J. Waibel, M.D., C.F.A., as portfolio manager.

Waibel will be responsible for managing portfolios for BP&B's private capital clients in its Portland, Oregon office. Waibel came to BP&B from Sigma Investment Management in Portland where he most recently held the position of portfolio manager.
