The net income for the second quarter of 1999 and 1998 included non-recurring income of $258,000 and $215,000, respectively. Excluding this non-recurring amount, the Company's net income was $367,000 for 1999 and $362,000 for 1998.

Company management stated the second quarter performance was satisfactory in view of the continuing difficulties facing much of the paper industry.
