Jeff Young has been promoted to senior vice president at Bader Rutter & Associates, Milwaukee. Young joined Bader Rutter in 1990 as a public relations writer. He was promoted to account executive in 1993, account supervisor in 1997, and group supervisor in 1999. A native of Menomonee Falls Menomonee Falls (mənŏm`ənē), village (1990 pop. 26,840), Waukesha co., SE Wis., on the Menominee River; inc. 1892. Wire, metal, paper, concrete, plumbing fixtures, furniture, fiberglass products, machine tools, steel, and aluminum are produced., Wis., Young graduated in 1988 from the University of Wisconsin--Madison with a bachelor's degree in agricultural journalism. Prior to joining Bader Rutter, he was an associate editor at Specialized Ag Publications in Raleigh, N.C.
