Bader Rutter & Associates, Milwaukee, hires Joyce Bongard as an account executive in the agency's relationship marketing group. Ronda Ronda (rôn`dä), town (1990 pop. 34,102), Málaga prov., S Spain, in Andalusia. One of the most colorful of Spanish towns, it is beautifully situated high in the mountains of Sierra de Ronda and is a popular tourist destination. Rippchen joins the agency as a writer/coordinator in the public relations group. Bader Rutter also welcomes Maria Schnitzler as a writer in the agency's public relations group. Chris Stephens joins the agency as a public relations writer in the Lincoln, Neb., office.
