Bad News.


CHURCHES IN TEXAS are now required to post conspicuous signs if they do not want people to bring concealed handguns onto their premises. A law that legalized the carrying of concealed weapons (Law) dangerous weapons so carried on the person as to be knowingly or willfully concealed from sight, - a practice forbidden by statute.<- in some states! ->

Loopholes come into being through the passage of statutes, the enactment of regulations, the drafting of contracts or the decisions of courts.
 specifying that the exemption for places of worship does not apply "if [the person carrying a concealed handgun] was not given effective notice under Section 30.06."

Now such notice is to be posted "in a conspicuous manner clearly visible to the public" in both English and Spanish with letters at least one inch high.
