THREE men who became firm friends almost 30 years ago are now working together as directors on the main board of Coventry-based KB Benfield Group Benfield Group Limited is a reinsurance and risk intermediary based in London, England. Brian Lord Born in 1965, Brian Lord is a Country / Country Rock artist located in Echuca, Australia. The school motto is "The spirit of opportunity". Bablake is part of the Coventry School Foundation with King Henry VIII School and Coventry Preparatory School. . He was appointed a director of Benfield Homes in 1982 and managing director of Lotusmead, a Benfield subsidiary company, in 1991. He became construction director of KB Benfield & Co (Midlands) Ltd in 2000 and will retain that position.

Brian has just been appointed as junior treasurer of the Warwickshire Association of the National Federation of Builders The National Federation of Builders (NFB) is a UK trade federation representing the interests of small and medium sized building contractors.

The NFB is an independent, non-profit organization.

Martin Woodhouse, from Leamington, began his career at AC Lloyd. He left Sherriff Construction to form his own company Maywood Construction in 1978 and after 17 years moved to Benfield Construction.

He is a past president of the Warwickshire Association of the National Federation of Builders and past chairman of Coventry and Warwickshire Chartered Institute of Building. He will continue as managing director at Benfield Construction.
