Back to school for adults.ADULTS who left school at 16 unable to read, write and add up properly are to get another chance to master the three Rs free of charge. Tens of thousands will also get allowances of up to pounds 30 a week to go back to school to cut adult illiteracy rates under a government White Paper on skills.
