Hotel Information:

A block of rooms has been reserved for meeting attendees at The Colonnade Hotel in Boston. The AMAA room rate is $200 per night for a single or double. Please call the hotel at 800-962-3030 to make a reservation. Be sure to tell the reservation desk that you are with the American Medical Athletic Association to ensure the $200 room rate.

Cancellation Policy:

AMAA will offer a full refund for Meeting Packages A & B up to 30 days prior to the meeting. 50% refunds will be offered up to 15 days prior to the meeting. No refunds thereafter. There will be no refunds for the Race Package.
