Back to Basics' Coffee Solution is another in a line of successful Back to Basics innovative product introductions. The coffeemaker combines a 12-cup carafe with a single-serve dispensing button, giving consumers the option of using the carafe to pour multiple cups or to dispense just one cup with the push of a button.

Back to Basics respects the valid intellectual property rights of others just as it expects others to respect Back to Basics' intellectual property rights. The company invested considerable time and effort to ensure that the Coffee Solution did not encroach encroach v. to build a structure which is in whole or in part across the property line of another's real property. As an innovator of new small appliances, Back to Basics vigorously protects its products and has itself initiated multiple litigations against Hamilton Beach for its infringement of Back to Basics' intellectual property. Back to Basics' latest infringement action against Hamilton Beach is pending in U.S. federal court.
