BabyGear Completes Purchase of Key iBaby Commerce Assets; iVillage to Take Equity Stake in BabyGear.

While full details of the arrangement were not disclosed, iVillage will take an equity stake in Babygear.com, and the iBaby assets will be gradually folded into the Babygear.com site.
