HIGHER ED COMMUNICATION executives are getting savvier by the day at using YouTube for free promotion. Case in point is Green Mountain College Green Mountain College is a coeducational private liberal arts college located in Poultney, Vermont, in the USA.

The College bills itself as Vermont's Environmental Liberal Arts College

IHE International Institute for Infrastructural, Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering (historical acronym only, replaced by: IHE Delft, the Foundation)
