Evil Steven Barker, the stepdad of the tragic tot, had been on the run for 12 days when he was spotted by two campsite workers. They kept the 33-year-old distracted with a double helping of dessert until police arrived. Barker went on the run after finding the toddler dead in his cot in 2007. He hid out at Debden House Centre in Loughton, Essex, but was recognised by two workers from a wanted poster.
