Genius Products Inc. (OTCBB:GNPI) announced that, on February 4, Warner Home Video (WHV) will present two all-new Baby Genius titles to expand its line of developmental entertainment for infants and toddlers.

Debuting on VHS are Underwater Adventures, a charming musical journey to an exotic underwater world, and Favorite Nursery Rhymes, which introduces those well-known rhyming songs we all recognize as childhood favorites. Current Baby Genius favorites Mozart and Friends and A Trip to the San Diego Zoo are being released for the first time on DVD. Each new DVD contains two complete video segments as well as a 16 classical song jukebox, interactive teaching activities and musical helper teach-alongs. The DVDs will sell for just $19.98 SRP/$14.95 MAP, and the VHS for $14.95 SRP/$9.95 MAP. Order due date is Jan. 7, 2003.

In celebration of these new releases, Baby Genius and WHV are conducting a sweepstakes offering a grand prize of a trip to the San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park for a family of four, plus $500 spending money.
