Frustrated after not being able to find organic, nutritious, tasty, easy-to-prepare foods for her babies, Iria Nishimura, founder and chief executive officer, started "manufacturing" in her own kitchen. After receiving rave reviews from her children, she tested the vegetable and fruit cubes with other babies and realized she had developed an innovative product that many parents would welcome as a healthy addition to the baby food market.

"It was really sad to me that I couldn't find one product that met all my expectations for what I wanted to feed my babies," Nishimura said. "I didn't think my criteria were that difficult; the food had to be organic, fresh, nutritious, tasty and easy to prepare."

A 20-year veteran of the health care field, Nishimura has too often seen the effects of children not eating a healthy diet. Baby Cubes caters to discriminating parents who want to get their children started on a nutritionally sound path early in their lives by feeding them organic foods rich in nutrients and devoid of preservatives preservatives,

What differentiates Baby Cubes from other organic baby food manufacturers is its emphasis on quality throughout the entire manufacturing process. Development is already underway for new products designed for older babies and toddlers. Expansion into retail stores is also on the drawing board, slated for early next year.
