NEW ORLEANS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 25, 2003

Bryan "Baby" Williams (Birdman bird·man

) has teamed up with Karl Kani, the founding father of urban fashion, for Life -- a new line of urban street-wear due to hit the streets and stores in March.

Life clothing will encompass the from-the-streets urban feel that has become Kani's trademark married to the bling-bling lifestyle of Baby and the Cash Money Records stable. "There's no one better than Baby," says Kani, who is widely credited with being at the forefront of the urban fashion movement. "Baby's about success, focus and having the best things in life, and that's what the Life clothing line is all about."

Life clothing will combine the flashy aspects of the Cash Money lifestyle with Kani's urban perspective by combining the two elements in a balance of fashion. The line will bring out a lot of denims den·im

"Karl Kani's clothes speak like our music does; he combines street with bling in the same way we do," says Baby, whose current solo single "What Happened To That Boy" is the #1 most added song on rhythm crossover Crossover
